Cumin is a heavy weight. It is beingalot in the middle eastern cuisine but plays a big part in the indian cuisine as well.
There is no doubt that it’s my favorite spice.
Some say that it smells like sweat, I have to agree… But it tastes great.
Cumin changes his flavour when cooked or fried.
Ingredients: Derid seed of the herb Cuminum cyminum, a member of the parsley family.
Flavor: Distinct, strong, earthy and sweet.
Color & Texture: Golden brown powder or seeds.
Usage: Best with grilled beef or lamb. Also works on rice, potatoes and stews.
