This is one of the easiest most rewarding dishes.
It is loved by both kids and adults and it only takes 10 minute!

Steps

1
Done

Mix and Season

Slice the chicken breast to thin slices.

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (apart of vegetable oil).

* You may store the Shawarma mix in the fridge for a few hours and use later. It would just make it taste better.

2
Done

Sauting

Heat a medium skillet.
When it’s very hot add the oil and than the chicken.

Sauté on high flame while stirring every 15-30 seconds.
It should take about 7-10 minutes.

* You may upgrade this dish up by adding caramelized onions. Don't fry the chicken and the onions together.

* If you are making a big portion or have small pan and low flame consider to cook in two or more bathes.

* Add the chicken gradually so the skillet won’t cool so the chicken will retain it's juices.

Serving

Serve with pita bread along with fresh salad and Thaini.

Just as well just pour it over rice or even eat cold with a salad.

You can garnish with minced cut parsley or chopped green onions.

Enjoy
