4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika

Simple and delicious potato recipe that everyone will love, children too.

Prepare the Potatoes

Start by cutting the potatoes into wedges, halves or any other shape you desire.
Preheat oven to 430°F/220°C.

Seasoning

Place the sliced potatoes in a large mixing bowl and toss with all seasoning ingredients and oil until evenly coated.

Spread out potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Baking

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes on one of the lower shelves (not the lowest).

If the oven doesn't evenly distribute the heat move and flip the potatoes after about 20 minutes.

Tips

* Try to time the preparation in a way that you could take the tray right to the table.
* If you want to make in advanced you may but you should slice the potatoes in to bigger pieces (halves works great). Heat them in the oven.
