Mix and SeasonSlice the chicken breast to thin slices. In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients (apart of vegetable oil). * You may store the Shawarma mix in the fridge for a few hours and use later. It would just make it taste better. |

SautingHeat a medium skillet. Sauté on high flame while stirring every 15-30 seconds. * You may upgrade this dish up by adding caramelized onions. Don't fry the chicken and the onions together. * If you are making a big portion or have small pan and low flame consider to cook in two or more bathes. * Add the chicken gradually so the skillet won’t cool so the chicken will retain it's juices. |
